Mobile app authentication methods for Android devices
If your access to AIDH10 is being offered to you by your institution, you can authenticate the new mobile
app with your organisation once every 6 months in order to maintain access to it on your device. You can authenticate using
one of the following methods: WIFI (IP Address) authentication, or Access Key. See instructions for each
authentication method.

This method has not changed.
WIFI (IP address) authentication
IP address authentication allows users to access the app based on their network's IP address. This method
is often used by organisations to provide secure access to their employees or members.
How to authenticate with IP address
Connect to the network: Ensure that you are connected to the network that has the
authorised IP address. This is usually your organisation’s internal network, or a VPN provided by your
organisation.
Access the app: Once you have installed the AIDH10 app on your device (see the previous
section), open it.
Automatic access: If your IP address is recognised by our system, you will be granted
automatic access without needing to log in.
Troubleshooting:
If you are not granted access, ensure you are connected to the correct network or VPN.
Contact your IT department to verify that your IP address is correctly configured for access.
Contact IT Support: For any issues, reach out to our support team at adphasupport@tg.org.au.
