Expert Group Member
Experts Group Members work with an Editor to develop and review topics in a particular therapy area. An Expert Group is usually composed of approximately 14 people, including a Chair, an Editor, experts in relevant medical specialties, general practitioners, paediatricians, pharmacists and allied health professionals from around Australia.
Editor
Editors work with an Expert Group to update clinical advice in line with the latest evidence.
Each editor is responsible for leading the review of a clinical guideline and requires strong communication and
project management skills. Editors have a graduate qualification in pharmacy, pharmacology or medicine, and
a minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience. Qualifications or experience in editing, writing, or publishing
are desirable, but not essential.

Therapeutic Guidelines Limited is an independent not-for-profit organisation that was founded by leading members of the
healthcare community over 40 years ago. Therapeutic Guidelines Limited aims to promote the quality use of medicines,
and it does this by publishing Therapeutic Guidelines and Australian Prescriber. Therapeutic Guidelines is a widely
used and highly regarded point-of-care clinical reference database covering over 2500 diagnoses. Australian Prescriber
is a free, evidence-based journal that covers a broad range of topics addressing the intersection of quality use of
medicines, diagnostics, and pathology.
With exciting initiatives taking place, we now have an opportunity for a full time CRM Coordinator
to join our Sales and Marketing team, reporting directly to our Executive Director Sales and Marketing.
The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for the onboarding and management of the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
platform – Salesforce – at Therapeutic Guidelines Ltd. Success in this role will mean that the CRM system is correctly
implemented and configured to ensure it continues to support the attainment of the organisation’s objectives over time.
The CRM Coordinator will also work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure the CRM is functioning
efficiently and producing accurate data.
The candidate
As the ideal candidate, you will bring to the role a Salesforce certification and related implementation and transformation
experience. You will also have process, project and change management experience, marketing campaign experience, licensing
and subscription industry experience, data analysis, designing and generating reports and dashboards and knowledge of sales
and marketing processes that drive subscription-based revenue. An understanding of healthcare and various stakeholders will
be highly regarded. You will leverage your experience gained from using Salesforce in your career, to ensure delivery success
in your management of the CRM at Therapeutic Guidelines.
